Dear Mr. Robbins:
The final repairs on my home were made last week on 12-28-11. Brian Johnson and his helper repaired and painted the lath and plaster ceiling in the room next to a chimney that leaked. Both chimneys have new flashing, a vent cover has been added on the front of my roof, flashing has been added to the screened-in porch roof, and siding on the east side of my house has been caulked, windows have been caulked, and an edge added where the siding meets the roof.
The process of identifying the causes of the leaks in my new roof, installed on Sept. 20, 2010, has been slow because of the lack of rain for long periods. Thank you for sending roofing “guru” Modesto Noriega and Zach Cambron. They have made many trips to my home to investigate and repair the causes of the leaks. They have always been professional and polite, and have helped me immensely. Eric Payne spent a lot of time caulking and repairing the east side of my house by caulking windows and siding and installing an edge. His work was not covered by the warranty, and I really appreciate his help.
Because you stand behind your work and your warranty, and because you have the right people like Modesto Noriega and Zach Cambron to offer their expertise and help, and because you have gone “the extra mile” to make things right, you have my continued appreciation and recommendation in the roofing industry.
Now, I have a beautiful roof without any problems, and I know who to call when I need a new roof!

My insurance company representative wanted me to settle for a less than valued amount. Paul Stowe is to be commended for the effort he put out working with Farmers to get the amount increased. He did an outstanding job.
The roofers did an outstanding job while working in tremendous heat. They left the area very clean and picked up.

On June 1, 2010 Robbins Roofing and Construction replaced my roof in Oklahoma City. I placed a call to Robbins, and Tim Tennant, a roofing specialist, for Robbins came to my home and fully explained the procedure they used as well as the contract. Tim made certain we felt confident. He also wanted us to know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
I must say, we were blown away by the personal interest he showed. Time was very professional from the start to the finish. He stayed in touch by phone and if there were any concerns we felt he would handle them.
We were in good hand with Tim Tennant and Robbins. Replacing a roof can be trying and without a true professional to guide you, things can get out of hand. So if in doubt, you can check with us. We had a great experience thanks to Tim and Robbins.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone there for the really good experience I had in dealing with your company.
I awakened a stormy night in december to hear the sound of water dripping in my master bathroom. I hurried in there to discover water coming from my celling and rushed up to the attic floor to find it just pouring in some various areas from the roof. I quickly put down on the attic floor whatever small painters plastic drop cloths I could find to prevent any further water damage to my ceilings in the house.
The next morning, I called Larry Robbins (Robbins Roofing does work for us in the apartment community I manage) in a bit of a panic, and he got me calmed down right away by letting me know he would send out the right people to assess the damage and work with my insurance company so we could get everything take care of quickly and efficiently, which is just what happened.
The end result was a new roof because the roof had been badly damage from the previous hail storm, and the ice storm in December, 2007 just finished it off. Robbins Roofing had people there for me every step of the way. They had people there with me to help talk to two different insurance adjusters, and when the new roof was approved, they had roofers out there working in the worst of weather conditions, so I did not have to worry about further damage during subsequent storms.
The roofers were such nice and caring people that they even loaded the broken limbs at my curb that the city had not yet been able to pick up, into the construction dumpster to be hauled away. The cleaned up everything so beautifully afterward, that except for the Robbins sign I so happily displayed in the yard until the fierce winds made it impossible to continue that, nobody could ever tell there had been any sort of construction work going on at my house.
It was truly an anxiety free experience because I was dealing with such a professional company that it almost felt as though it had never happened. If you want a great job, great service and a wonderful outcome, I would recommend Robbins Roofing and Construction to anyone. I plan to use time for any future issues that might come up at my house because they are so trustworthy and thorough.
