Shingle Warranty
Our most basic coverage, this warranty provides sufficient protection. This warranty includes shingle defect coverage, 2-year misapplication of flashings coverage, and 100% coverage from options of 3, 5, or 10 years. The warranty, as with all of our warranties, is transferable, free to transfer, and comes with Good Housekeeping Protection.
System Plus Warranty
System Plus is an extensive warranty that covers a large portion of the roof. It covers the entire roofing system and installation labor for 25 years to lifetime. 100% coverage for most shingle defects is 20 years and lifetime coverage for lifetime shingles. It has the typical 2 year coverage for misapplication of flashings and 100% workmanship coverage for 2 years. It is also installer certified and tear-off costs are included for material defects only. It comes with bonus wind coverage up to 130 miles per hour. The warranty, as with all of our warranties, is transferable, free to transfer, and comes with Good Housekeeping Protection.
Golden Pledge Warranty
Golden Pledge is our highest quality protection that covers all aspects of the roof. The material defect coverage for most shingles is 20 years and 50 years for lifetime shingles, while also covering the entire system. The installation labor is covered from 25 years to lifetime. The workmanship coverage is 100% coverage and lasts 20 years. It is installer certified, and covers tear-off costs and disposal costs. This warranty also includes a 40-point factory inspection and the bonus wind coverage up to 130 miles per hour. The warranty, as with all of our warranties, is transferable, free to transfer, and comes with Good Housekeeping Protection.
